Currently, this two-tone padding is one of the two styles of wrap-around pads being produced by Wilson. The wrap-around pads conform to the face and are black full grain leather on the inside and grey poly-urethane on the exterior providing the most protection of the Wilson umpire mask replacement pads. The extra padding wraped around the top and bottom bars of the mask reduces potential injury from the mask shifting upon impact.
